BituGuard Southern Africa (PTY) Ltd (BGSA) is a joint venture between PHOENIX INTERNATIONAL A/S and Shell South Africa.

The company’s plant is located in Bethlehem, South Africa.
BGSA produces high quality polymer modified mastics and bitumen for the road industry in South Africa, and also covers other countries on the African continent.
The company also produces pipeline coating materials for the pipeline industry in Southern Africa, and have here supplied coating materials to strategic pipeline projects, both in Nigeria and South Africa.
